Emmett x Pietramala

Pietramala is excited to host a special one-night only dinner on Sunday, February 4th with Chef Evan Snyder of upcoming restaurant Emmett in collaboration with our own Chef Ian Graye. Chef Evan Snyder draws influence from the entire length of the Mediterranean, from Iberia to the Levant, and refines it through his decade of experience working at the Michelin Star level. We will be offering a six course, all vegan menu for $105 per person inclusive of tax and tip with four seatings available starting at 5 pm. The menu will contain gluten, soy and nuts. Menu changes and substitutions unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
